Charlotte Harbor is located on the north shore of the Peace River,
around US41. The historic district is located on both sides of the bridge on the Tamiami Trail.

boat slips (when available) with harbor access: the lovely condominium community of Rolls
Landing. The Rolls Landing units are priced in the upper $100Ks. Kings Gate is a 55 and over gated golf course community with club house. This

If gated is not your cup of tea, Charlotte Harbor has multi-acre estates. Many of these
large homesites boast large executive homes, many with multiple outbuildings. It's a perfect area for horses, close in to
town, but with that way-out-in-the-country feeling. The home prices range upward from $400K.
River and canalfront properties can be found in Charlotte Harbor. If you're looking for big frontage with equally big views this area should be one to keep your eye on.
